How Long Did Jesus Fast In The Desert To Accomplish This?

40 WHOLE DAYS.

Now, I have not abstained from food for that long in one session...YET- But I HAVE abstained from food for a total of 50 days my summer before senior year of college. Specifically, the longest I have gone not eating any food has been 24 days straight. Over the course of my senior year, I proceeded to fast over 100 days, all together. That was three years ago. Since then, I have been skipping through 3, 5, even 11 day fasts on a frequent basis, & it only gets easier the more I go. Just in the first six months of 2020, I fasted over 70 days. At this point, it is naturally normal  for me to skip eating & simply consume clean water.

Below is a Calendar to Detail Just How Much I Was Fasting at the Beginning of the Pandemic.

Lets Take A Look At January Through August: Out of 244 days, I ate food on only 124 of those days. That means that out of 244 days, I consumed only water for 84 of those days, & I did not consume food or water for 36 of those days. This is my new baseline- & I am sharing this with you not to brag about how I consistently accomplish the "impossible"- but quite the opposite.

It is a fact that the human body is healthiest when fasting (not digesting food/processing calories). I want you to be as healthy as humanly possible.

My main motivation for fasting when starting out, was to bring awareness to the fact that it is over-consumption by a few humans, not over-population of all humans- that is causing the climate change crises. I desired to show everyone that landfills are poisoning the water & turtles are choking on straws because a small group of humans are using the the genocide & enslavement of all humans on the planet just so they can indulge in the desires of consuming whatever they see.

It is because the most influential & material populations on earth would rather spread war while worshiping the crucification of an Afro-Asiatic man who fasted instead of doing it themselves that earth is on the way to suffering from a Biblical apocalypse. Or better yet, looking like it does in Wall-e. If you are unaware, Wall-e is a movie about how certain groups of humans desired to consume so much that they destroyed the planet & left a robot to play around in the infinite amounts of "trash".

The message of Wall-e is exactly why Jehovah, Jesus, Buddha, Ghandi, Tehuti, Zarathustra, Quetzalcóatl, Woden, Hermes, Brahma & many other historical entities encourage humans to fast. It is the desire to over-consume physical material that creates suffering inside of ourselves & everyone we are connected to.

It was only once I embarked on a psychedelic journey at the end of my 24 day water fast, that I realized Just How Spiritually Intentional Everything Truly Is.

Since fasting produces DMT, the spirit molecule, you can be rest assured that I was communicating with spirits in ways I previously never thought possible.

1.) Lose As Much Weight as Possible in the Healthiest Way Possible

  • Do you have love handles, under flab, or extra fat that you feel is weighing you down? Instead of eating a bunch of processed health products or swallowing experimental diet pills- keep it simple & just drink what your body is already made of; WATER. Your body is 70%+ Water, not whatever some sadistic scientists have concocted in a laboratory.

2.) Purge Toxins, Clean Your Tissues, & Heal Your Body of Disease

  • Fasting is the Fastest way to heal your body from most, if not all diseases. When we are experiencing disease, it means we are not at ease. Ease is the Natural state of the human body. Dis-Ease stems from us living Un-Naturally- meaning that it is the result of a human body adapting to an artificial lifestyle.

HOW WILL FASTING BENEFIT MY MIND?

We have covered how FASTING makes us realize that we, as spirits, are using our minds to create our bodies.

Spirits love being in bodies, because projecting our consciousness into them allows us to communicate with other spirits who have done the same. When we are not in a body, we stop being all-one and start being alone. Being alone is the closest to God we possibly can be, Because

GOD IS ALONE IN HIS INFINITELY INDIVIDUAL IMAGINATION.

All Spirits are Gods, for all spirits generate infinitely creative & expansive imaginations when they are alone in their space. This is what we call "the Ego." What separates Gods from Demons though, is how you FEEL about your imagination when you are alone in your own space. Demons do not feel good about their individual imagination, so they use their power to consume the imaginations of others. This is why Fasting is Creative, Godly, & thus, at the Root of how most religions are born.

HOW WILL FASTING BENEFIT MY SPIRIT?

It Is Virtually Impossible To Be LOST Or Depressed When You Are In Communion With Your Spirit. Why? Depression is the spiritual result of feeling disconnected from God, from your "creator." This is the lowest vibration you can possibly feel, which generates the emotion opposite to Love.

FEAR. Fear of anything will lead to depression, because it results in a spirit feeling like they are in hell, unable to control their internal/external environment. 

Now, many think Love is the highest vibration one can feel, but they would be wrong. Love can easily transform into WHAT APPEARS as a low vibration like hate, but really- Love & Hate are two sides of one coin called Passion. Or, if you prefer, Desire. Anything you love, is something you desire. This is why our love for anything can "hold us back" from our Infinitely Individual spaces of imaginative expression- aka our true spirits.

How Long Do I Have to FAST In Order To See A Difference?

Depending on how you've been eating leading up to a water fast, it can take anywhere from 1 to 6 days to fully enter a ketogenic state.
